If an agent of customer contacts Bristol West Service Operations indicating specific billing hardships due to this event, we will not be extending due dates. However, if a payment is made by phone ONLY within the reinstatement with a lapse period of the policy, we will reinstate the policy with no lapse and waive any late billing fee(s) as requested, as long as there was no loss during the lapse. Associate should record verbal statement of no loss and enter diary comment "VIRUS HARDSHIP". Also, as a result of customer hardship, it has been approved to waive the service charge fee for processing payments in states in which this fee applies.
