How To Report A Claim

  • Assist you with the best course of action to facilitate your claim.

  • Advocate for you if you are not satisfied with progress or outcomes.

  • We recommend filing a claim when another party is involved.
  • When there are no injuries and no other party involved, consider whether the repair cost is significantly higher than your deductible.
  • Speaking directly with the carrier’s claims department is often the fastest way to begin the process.
  • If your vehicle is undriveable after a covered loss, ask about rental reimbursement coverage.
